King Charles III 2022

When Queen Elizabeth II passed away, Charles, then 73 years old, ascended to the throne as King Charles III, with his wife Camilla assuming the title of Queen Consort. Charles is the heir apparent to the British monarchy and is the oldest. Charles Philip Arthur George was born in Buckingham Palace on November 14, 1948, and upon his mother’s coronation as Queen Elizabeth II in 1952, he was named the heir presumptive.
